Girl found naked and unconscious in OC bathroom

A 15-year-old female was found naked and unconscious in the unisex bathroom in the old Humanities Building around 1:30 p.m. Thursday by Olympic College security.

Details of the incident are still unclear and both the Bremerton Police Department and OC Safety and Security have yet to release an official report, as the investigation is still ongoing.

What is known is OC Security officer Tim Hewitt saw a male who he recognized as being a trespasser on campus near the unisex bathroom in the old Humanities Building. Hewitt pursued the suspect, who has been revealed as a Bremerton High School student, off campus, headed west toward the Bremerton High School Memorial Stadium.

Hewitt stopped his pursuit and then returned to where he first saw the suspect.

An OC student told Hewitt that there was a girl in the bathroom unconscious. Hewitt found the girl naked and unresponsive on the bathroom floor and immediately called paramedics.

The girl was unconscious when she was taken to Harrison Medical Center for observation. Her condition is unknown at this time.

Bremerton Police are still investigating the scene.
