Rangers hit the hardwood

After a disappointing 2006-2007 season, both teams regroup and look forward to the new season

Playing in their first game of the year Sunday,
the OC Rangers won a thriller at home over
Wenatchee Valley, 66-64. Forward Duntae Jones
scored the winning shot and finished with 12
points.
Guard Julian Holiday finished with 23 points,
leading the Rangers, and Mark Otero helped the
effort with 4 assists.
The Lady Rangers also began the season, playing
in the Shoreline Tournament Friday, but falling
to Lane, 105-72.
The men play at home on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
against Centralia while the women play Dec. 1 at
6 p.m. against Grays Harbor.
